We are putting up our unique summer house for rent, located on a 15.000 m2 waterfront plot with a private pier.
The house is located by the Baltic Sea in quiet bay, where you can kitesurf, kayak, SUP, windsurf, fish and also swim.
The waterquality is ranked among the best in Denmark.The whole property is very generous and can house up to 15 people.
It has a total of six bedrooms.
The house is equipped with fiber optic internet access.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor, as well as one fold out futon bed.
There are two bathrooms. One with a shower and a hot tub, the other one with shower and bath tub.
The cottage is a 100 year old farm.
The entirely ingrown property of 15.000 sqm offers full privacy, absolut quietness, big terraces, dining places, sunbeds and confortable seats.
The house is perfect for families with children, with numerous playing possibilities, both outside in the huge garden and inside.
